William H Burrus Cleveland Area Local 72

Hosted the Ohio Postal Workers Convention the weekend off April 11th-13th at the Doubletree Hotel Lakeside.

Local people from across Ohio gathered together to vote on constitutional changes and elected officers as well as to celebrate the retirement of State President Steve Charles and State Vice President Mary Sitko.

On Saturday night, a banquet was held to acknowledge Scholarship winners and other State Business.

At every convention, a Member of the Year is announced and this year it was our very own President, Nigel Saleem. 

We were so ecstatic, not only because it was well-deserved, but also because he is the FIRST William H Burrus Cleveland Area Local 72 to receive this honor!
